The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.

Motions to approve minutes for March 14, 2016.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:20 p.m. 4. Discuss Items from Previous Meetings
The items needing resolution are: support for parks and moving PRAB meeting
date.
7:40 p.m. 5. Update on Park and Recreation Fee and Budget
Update on the Park and Recreation Fee and the budget process.
8:00 p.m. 6. Developing PRAB Priorities for Acquisition and Development
PRAB discussion of priorities for acquisition and development, including special
park uses and park amenities.
8:15 p.m. 7. Parks and Recreation Updates
Updates from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight and Recreation Coordinator
Anthony Markey.
8:35 p.m. 8. PRAB Liaison Reports
PRAB members will report on other boards and commissions.

Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
