BiAmp has outgrown their Beaverton facility and is relocating their engineering and manufacturing to Tigard to free up space in their current building. 2. The building is served by two existing electrical services, one on the north end and one on the south end. 3. The south end service will remain as is and will serve HVAC loads and a couple pieces of equipment in manufacturing. 4. The north end service will remain as is. 5. There is an existing generator,transfer switch, SDP and panels fed from the north end service. This equipment will be relocated and used to feed the office area and much of the manufacturing area. 6. We will be installing all new lighting in the building, wiring the TI space and wiring for the relocated manufacturing equipment. 7. All wiring will comply with current NEC requirements.
