The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: December 12, 2015
Motions to approve minutes for December 12, 2015.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:20 p.m. 4. CIP Prioritization
The results of the PRAB prioritization of CIP projects.
7:40 p.m. 5. PRAB Goals
The PRAB will discuss wording for new goals to be considered in February.
7:55 p.m. 6. PRAB Election of Officers
The PRAB will be nominating and electing new officers for 2016.
8:15 p.m. 7. Parks Update
Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight and Manager Steve Martin.
8:25 p.m. 8. Discussion of Park and Recreation Priorities for PRAB
Discussion of prioritization for park projects, funding, and PRAB involvement.
8:50 p.m. 9. Non —Agenda Items
Call for non-agenda items.
8:51 p.m. 10. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are

confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
