Wright has more than 20 years of personnel management, r business management and financial and budget analysis experience in the public and private sectors. She graduated from Concordia University with a bachelor's degree in business management.Wright has spent most of her career as a business manager in public works agencies developing innovative strategies for operational improvements. Prior to her new position,Wright served as the department's . _. business manager. Faha has more than 30 years of experience working as a Public works department new hires consultant and as a local government program and policy ircght(left) and Faha (rigbt� manager. She has a professional background in stormwater management, as well as overall capital improvement program development and project management in the Portland area. Faha graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor's degree in civil and water resources engineering. She is a registered engineer in the State of Oregon and an active member of the American Public Works Association. Before joining the department, Faha was a water resources consultant with GreenWorks PC.
