Please obtain approval from plans examiner Dan Nelson before proceeding with the new fire-rated assembly. The critical plumbing fixtures that would need to adjusted are the floor sink and beer chase in the pizza engine and the beer chase in the walk-in cooler. Please cross-reference the locations with details 8&9/A-402.These details take precedent over the slab plan.Also adjust other slab penetration as needed so they remain concealed in partitions. The demising wall adjacent to the restroom can be U408(if approved by the city)with the addition of furring strips to maintain accessible clearances at the water closets. We are backfilling the plumbing today and would need to know about the Pizza engine area quickly to insure the beer chase and floor drains are placed correctly.The first estimate for revision 3 to add the rated wall all around was just under 14,000.00 and [don't believe it included the rated soffit or access panels.
