Recorder will conduct roll call. 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: June 8, 2015 Motions to approve minutes for June 8, 2015. 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:20 p.m. 4. Downtown Update Community Development will update the PRAB on Downtown parks items. 7:40 p.m. 5. PRAB Recommendation for Council PRAB will discuss and approve their recommendation for Council on recreation. 7:55 p.m. 6. Parks Update Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight 8:05 p.m. 7. Community Gardens and Jack Park Some insight as to how community gardens in Tigard work, and a tour of the new facilities at Jack Park. 8:45 p.m. 8. Non —Agenda Items 8:50 p.m. 9. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session.
