Katie, on reviewing the site plan for this application Engineering has noted that the sanitary sewer line cannot run uphill
to the North at Sattler St. but has to discharge to the South through the easement on Parcel 2 that's shown on the site
plan. Please revise the site plan to show the sanitary connection from the South and resubmit.
