TIGARD PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING - OCTOBER 29, 1984
1. President Moen called the meeting to order at 6:02 P.M. The meeting was
held at Tigard City Hall - Conference Room - 12755 SW Aoh.
2. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: President Moen, Commissioners Owens, Fyre,
Campbell, Butler, Peterson, Vmnderwmod, and
Bergmann.
ABSENT: Commissioner Leverett.
STAFF: Director of Planning and Development William A.
Monahan and Secretary Diane M. Jelderks.

5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
REVIEWED FINAL ORDER FOR:
Ferd Wardin/Farr Development Company/Mallard Lake ZC 12-84, PD 4-84,
8 9-84 and V 15-84. NPO # 6
• Mark Weinstraub, Attorney or Ferd Wardin, requested the Commission
reconsider their final order for denial.

Commissioner Butler moved and Commissioner Fyre seconded to adopt the
final order as submitted. Motion carried by majority of
Commissioners present, Commissioner Bergmann abstained.
