A petition was presented by E'red Schrier of those persons ''� who are against the proposed zone �hange in the area � between MeDonald and Walnut Avenue from C-3 to A-2. Mr. Logan recommended that the Commission allow the present zoning (A-2) between Garrett and McDonald on the South side of Pacifia Hwy. to remain. ' Commission concurred with recommendation - 7 td one (Mr. Pe.rry) . � B. Mr. Stan Adkins anc� Mr. Wayne Adkins protested against the proposed zone ^hange to M-4 �f the pr�g,erty bElow th� rail.r.oac3 tracks and next ta Burnham Street. They felt it should he left M-3. Tt was racommended by Mr. Zogan that thi.s property remain IK-4 as zancd on the prnposed � zoning map. Gommission aoncurred with reoarnmenda*ian - unanimous. C. �t was recommencled by Mr� Logan tha� the property on: Tigard � Avenue next to Luminite Sign Company be zoned M-4. � Commission concurred with recommendatinn - unanimous. � A. Tt was recommended by Mr. Logan that the Cipole Industrial �' Area be zaned from M-•3 to M-2. � Commission concurred with recommendation - unanimous. ii.
