ROLL CALL Present John Perry, Chairman; Clarence Nicoli, Elton C. Phillips, Everett Severson, Members; Keith Thompson, City Engineer Absent Jim Aitkin, Jack Annand 2. MINUTES for approval August 16, 1966. Approved 3. MORRIS W. KLINE REZONING - From R-7 (Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial) , Tax Lot 1400 - Canterbury Place, Map #2S 1 10A, On access road between Gaarde & Bull Mountain Road. Public Hearing - 8:00 P.M. Ery Larson, Arthur J. Poulin & Del Ball testified for this zone change. Motion for Denial by Mr. Phillips, Seconded by Mr. Nicoli. Motion approved by a 3-1 vote of Commission. The reason for denial was that the majority of the Commission members stated this property would be better suited to an A-2 or C-4 zoning. They feel that the C-2 zoning does not adapt itself to that area. �. 4. ARTHUR J. POULIN REZONING - From R-7 (Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial), Tax Lot 1700, Map #25 1 10A, S.W. Pacific Hwy. near Gaarde Avenue (N.E. corner, Front 40x200 feet) Ery Larson, Arthur J. Poulin & Del Ball testified for this zone change. Motion for Denial by Mr. Phillips, Seconded by Mr. Nicoli. Trapp and Eavil C. Adams testified for this zone variance. Motion for acceptance by Mr. Nicoli, Seconded by Mr. Phillips. 6. PANORAMA SUBDIVISION- Subdivision in Tax Lot 16 in Section ' 34 TIS RIW, WM, Washington County, Oregon. The Preliminary Plat was approved on July 19, 1966, under the name of Farview Subdivision.
