WORK: Canby Excavating,Inc.shall furnish labor,equipment,materials to install the following work:"Private sewer connection to public clean
out by means of directional boring",subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Contract
CONTRACT PRICE: Customer shall pay Canby Excavating,Inc.for the Work the following amounts:
This is a"lump sum" contract. The customer shall pay Canby Excavating, Inc. $10,200.00 for the above described scope of work,subject to
additions and deductions as provided for in this proposal.
PROJECT SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. No bonds are included.
2. Owner to acquire plumbing permit prior to January 4,2010. No permits included in bid.
3. No engineering,surveying or staking is included.Canby excavation assumes existing grades will accompany required restrictions/codes.
4. No compaction testing or geotechnical consulting expenses are included.
5. No rock or boulder excavation included.
6. No over-excavation,sub-grade stabilization,soil amendments(i.e.cement/lime),dewatering,pipe stabilization,haul roads or wet weather measures are
included.
7. This proposal is for construction of a directional bore.If rock is encountered or grade deviation is encountered due to circumstances beyond our control
alternate means and methods shall be further negotiated at that time.(Open trenching may be required)
8. This proposal is with the exception that coordination with Hoodview Sewer Project can support an open pit connection to the public clean out.
9. Canby Ex.holds no responsibility for damage to unmarked private utilities.
10. Canby Excavating will spot repair the damaged or disturbed concrete driveway. Replacement of complete panel not included.
11. Demo septic tank included. Filling with sand or CDF as needed is included.
12. 50%Deposit required prior to job commencement.Remaining balance due upon job completion.
