Peter Luong and Hieu Luong, Grantor, convey to the CITY OF Tigard, an Oregon
municipal corporation, Grantee, the following described real property free of encumbrances
except as specifically set forth herein:
See Exhibit A attached hereto.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $0.00; however, the actual consideration
consists of other property or value given, which is the whole thereof.
This Deed is to confirm the legal description of the property following completion of the
property line adjustment approved by City of Tigard in land use case file LLA2014-00010, and
as shown on recorded survey no. 32443.
This conveyance is made subject to the matters set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto.

TRANSFERRING FEE TITLE SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS,
