Regarding the installation of this fireplace in to a zero clearance unit, we have
reviewed pictures sent of a panel on the zero clearance which was attached using
screws and hi temp RTV replacing a missing blower access panel. Per our
engineering dept we feel this is a safe and acceptable repair.
If you have any further questions, feel free to call us at 1-855-225-5448. Thank you
for insuring a safe and proper installation of our Hearthnhome product.
Sincerely,
Technical Service Rep.
