This condition resulted in an unexpected narrowing of the lot from 66 feet to 64.37 feet in width. The Adjustment will result in the preservation of trees, if trees are present in the development area; No trees will be removed due to this construction and there are none that need protection. Use an "S" curve to end the sidewalk over to be against the curb at the property line. During the past year the City has directed not to leave sidewalks gaps such as this. This was a fast paced development& unfortunately the gap didn't come to our attention soon enough. And it's certainly not fair to push it on to the adjacent property when future improvement occurs.
