Subject: iFly, SIT2014-00018, Un-Met Conditions of Approval
Bill, in reviewing the plans submitted for SIT2014-00018, both Planning and Engineering have noted that a number of
the Conditions of Approval under SDR2014-00001 remain "Not Met" that are required to be met before this site permit
can be issued. I've attached a list of the Conditions of Approval.
My understanding is that:
#2, Revised Plans/Pedestrian Path -does not apply to this phase of your project, so it is not an issue at this time.
#3, Revised Landscape Plan/Trees—you plan to pay the fee-in-lieu.
#4, Inventory Data Collection Fee—you are aware that this fee needs to be paid.
#5,Tree Establishment Bond—you are aware that this bond needs to be posted.
#6, Revised Site Plan/Street Trees—you plan to pay the fee-in-lieu.
That leaves 3 Engineering Conditions that still require some submission of plans or other documents. I have highlighted
these:
#8, PFI Permit Required.
#11. Plan Approval/Prohibiting Left Turns.
#14. Easements.
Please pay the appropriate fees and work with Engineering to meet these Conditions so that we can authorize issuing
this site permit.
