American Security Alarms, Inc. 5411 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Portland, OR. 97202(503)231-0303 RECEIVED FEB 172015 CITY OF TIGARD Attn: Dan Nelson BUILDING DIVISION . 2/17/15 1. We are installing a 5104B Silent Knight Fire alarm control and a dual path DSC cell phone dialer.l Each is powered by 120vac with its own battery backup. There is no current draw to speak of so no need for batt calc. (just monitoring relay outputs.) We will hood the 5104B into the DSC with phone cords. The DSC will give full data output when the 5104B is set on contact ID format. 2. In the mechanical room are one flow and two tamper switches. We will hook the flow up to zone 1 and the two tampers to zone 2. Then we will hook the hood suppression relay up to zone 3. 3. • Ther• ' an- ng existi 120vac bell that will ring upon watero .. .r \ Rich Miller 503-706-1605 richCasalarms.com • CITY OF TIGARD REVIEWED FOR CODE COMPLIANCE Approved: f it Permit 2C 5 5 Address: i 3 Z-'i.)'
