Please find attached your form, permits already paid for and copy of this email with explanation of situation:
Icon is an international sign company that hire's contractors to permit and install signage around the US.
Icon hired Quicksilver Neon and Signs to permit and install the location—
12955 SW Pacific Hwy,Tigard with new Cricket signage for their national rebranding program.
Please see attached PO for permit procurement from Icon to Quicksilver
Quicksilver has declined to work for us, and we have hired a new contractor in the area to change the signage and
permit the location.
New contractor-

Quicksilver has refused to send a letter releasing the permits to Hannah
Icon sent the checks to Quicksilver for the exact amounts for the permits made out to the city of Tigard. Basically Icon
paid you for the permits directly.
Quicksilver walked in with these checks and retrieved the permits.
There has been no change to the signage or the work other than the contractor doing it.
In a perfect would—I would just love to have the permits changed over to Hannah for completion of my job.
As a secondary plan, if I can't get the permits changed over, please refund the permit money and we will have Hannah
apply for new permits.
Please feel free to call or email with any questions, or let me know which is going to happen so I can start the process
asap.
