The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.
MEETING DATE: December 8, 2014 7 — 9 p.m.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: November 10, 2014, minutes
Motion to approve November 10, 2014, minutes.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Tigard Dog Parks
Dog Park volunteer Chris Garsteck will update the board on the recent Dog Park
survey.
7:30 p.m. 5. Discussion of Park Bond Projects
Senior Engineering Technician Jeff Peck will update the PRAB regarding ongoing
park bond projects.
7:50 p.m. 6. Discussion of November 18, 2014,Joint Meeting with City Council
The PRAB will discuss the outcome of the joint meeting with council.
8:20 p.m. 7. Parks Update
Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight.
8:30 p.m. 8. Non —Agenda Items
Call for non-agenda items.
8:35 p.m. 9. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
