This letter is to notify you that your plan review application for the above referenced permit
will expire in accordance with Section R105.3.2 of the Oregon Residential Specialty Code.
Applications are valid for a maximum of 180 days from the date of the application. Since the
permit has not bee pursued in good faith,it will expire by limitation on Monday, March 17.
The accessory structure does not meet the height limitations of the City of Tigard
Development Code, and the work was done without obtaining the appropriate permits from
the City of Tigard Building Division. This case will be turned over to Christine Darnell, and
Albert Shields.
A new application,building plans, along with the full plan review fees already owing, and fhe
new plan review fees are required to be submitted for a permit.
