Applications are valid for a maximum of 180 days from the date of the application. Since the permit has not bee pursued in good faith,it will expire by limitation on Monday, March 17. The accessory structure does not meet the height limitations of the City of Tigard Development Code, and the work was done without obtaining the appropriate permits from the City of Tigard Building Division.
