Evergreen Engineering, Inc. (Evergreen)has evaluated the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act
(RCRA)requirements for the wastewater storage tanks at the Tigard facility; completed the wastewater
tank design; and inspected the completed tanks and secondary containment. Evergreen hereby certifies
that the tanks and secondary containment have been designed and constructed in conformance with the
following requirements of RCRA 40CFR Part 264— Standards for Owners and Operators of Hazardous
Waste Treatment. Storage. and Disposal Facilities, Subpart J Tank Systems:

This tank is specifically designed to handle harsh applications including
hydrochloric acid.sulfuric acid and sodium hypochlorite(bleach).They are Acid/Alkaline _ Contact Baker with the specific application conditions
