Please accept the building permit application but do not review it or approve it until revisions are submitted and approved by myself or Tom if I am not around. We expect those revisions to arrive next week. Also, no sign permit is required as they are undoing work approved under a permit issued and revoked in 2013. I know this is a strange request that does not comply with our usual operating procedures, but Lamar and the City are operating under a legal settlement and tomorrow is a deadline for them.
