Tenant Improvement permit: BUP2014-00265
Low Voltage/Data permit: ELR2014-00287
Please modify the permit site address from "13535 SW 72ND AVE 100" to "13535 SW 72ND AVE 110"
I believe this should address the suite number issue, please let me know if additional direction is needed.
In addition, I understand this "change of permit" will require a $45 dollar fee for printing and routing.
Please attach this fee to the permits as mentioned in your voicemail, I will plan on coming by with a check for
this tomorrow afternoon.
