It is our understanding the conditions have changed due to the site conditions. Our recommendations are as follows: 1)The Entry framing is supported on grade beams extended from the front of the Garage and along the stairway. We have reviewed this loading,FD2, and determined it is acceptable. We have provided a framing markup of this area. 2) The grade at the rear of the house is sloping down but is still above the lower floor. It is acceptable to extend our retaining wall detail,RW1,around the rear wall of the house. 3)The doorway from the hallway into the Kitchen has been enlarged to 7'-0". We have provided an updated calculation, FB2, and recommend a 3-1/8"x10-1/2" glu- lam beam. 4) The Powder room has been shifted over into the Guest Room.
