Plan review was completed on 1/25/2012. The permit was made ready to issue on 1/31/2012 and the applicant, Ms. Uptegraft was contacted and notified of the remaining permit fees due. Since that time,we have called and/or emailed Ms. Uptegraft for a status update on this project on numerous occasions.
