Hall Blvd Tigard, OR 97223 RE: HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT At my previous location, yoga classes were offered five evenings per week on a drop-in basis . When classes resume at my new home in Tigard, I do not expect a problem with keeping within the limit of six clients per day and plan to essentially continue the informal nature of the classes. As it is important to me that I conform to the laws and regulations of the society in which I live, if too many students show up on a given evening, everyone past the sixth person will be turned away. Information to the effect that classes will be limited in size to six people per day will be included in the announcement that classes will be resuming. For students who wish to make a commitment to attend on a regular basis I will maintain a sign-up schedule that will allow people a guaranteed place on any given evening. Drop- in students will be advised to call ahead to secure a place for any given class, but unannounced drop-ins will continue to be accepted as long as the daily limit is not exceeded.
