This is to be a complete "turn key"installation, with no extra charges allowed. Excludes any asbestos removal. Contractor is responsible for the following: All required Permits. Includes all Drawings and Engineering required to, acquire the Project Permit from the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and approved to perform contracting in The State of Oregon. Protection of Roof System during the project, including removal and reinstallation of insulation blocks. Use Styrofoam as a cushion for any wood dunnage. A Certified Roofing Contractor for the Roofing System shall perform any roofing modifications. The current roof condition has no leaks. All work must be coordinated with District Facility Manager, Don Edgley (971) 563-6032 to minimize disruptions to business. Work shall be performed with all precautions required to ensure no construction dust or dirt infiltrates Macy's Facilities and Merchandise. Furnish and Install Two Roof Mounted Air Inlet Hoods, Type Greenheck, Style GRE FGI 40 /40 with 120 Volt or 24 Volt AC Motorized Damper Actuator. Actuator operation will be energized to open and spring return to close. Hood duct size will be calculated and sized to ensure the volume of inlet air matches the exhaust fan CFM. Roof Curbs for mounting and associated roofing modifications required for installation of the Fans and Hoods. Roofing contractor must be Certified for the Roof System.
