Due to existing uneven sidewalk conditions and potential problems for adjacent tenant pedestrian flow
please accept this as our written request for acceptance of the storefront entrance doors being
controlled via an A.D.A. activation button. The button will be located adjacent to the front door and
located on the existing column. The door will be properly labeled with the required A.D.A. signage for
operation.
