Alan,
No specific uses were covered under the prior minor modification (MMD2014-00001). The landscaping, minor expansion
of Building C, and façade additions for Buildings A-C were covered. When new tenants are proposed,a new minor
modification may be required when the use is a change from what had previously been in the space.The improvements
proposed to accommodate new tenants may or may not require a minor modification, but as described for Café Yumm,
no minor mod would be required for the improvements.
It may be helpful for Macerich to provide a prior tenant map so we all know when the use is changing during this re-
tenating process.

Additions package we have a break out package where we are removing 30' of wall and replacing it with storefront(see
attached). We need to get this approved by you in order to get this into plan check. Is this covered under the approval you
did for the façade addition?
