The plan review was performed under the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2007 edition and The Oregon Fire Code The submitted plans have been reviewed and
the following information is required prior to issuance of the permit.
1) Show on plans what type of edge protection that will be used on ramp.
2) Please show on plans the van accessible space with access aisle on right
side of parking space.
3) This site requires 3 complying accessible parking spots. Accessible parking
areas require an access aisle for unloading. Please show access aisle
between the two adjacent accessible parking spots.
4) Provide planning approval for relocation of bicycle rack.
When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered
issue has been addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.

Please find the response to your letter Dated April 4, 2008. Each issue is itemized per your
instructions and the revised site plan showing the revisions of each issue.
1. We have shown a 3" curb on the open side of the ramp and have provided a detail and
cross section showing compliance with OSSC 1109.7.7
2. Van accessible parking space with access aisle on the right side per OSSC 1104.1.
3. There will be three required accessible parking spaces on this site. One van accessible
and two standard accessible parking spaces. The access aisle as required for each of
the accessible parking spaces are shown on the revised plans in accordance with OSSC
1104.1
4. Please see location of relocated bicycle rack on revised site plan. ( j
