This letter is to notify you that your permit application referenced above has expired in
accordance with Section 105.3.2 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code. Applications
are valid for a maximum of 180 days from the submittal date. The City of Tigard has not
received a written request for extension therefore it is expired by limitation.
Plan review for this permit was completed on 12/9/2008. An invoice is attached for all
associated building and site plan review fees which are due upon receipt of this letter.
In order to reactivate this permit, a new application and building plans, along with new
plan review fees are required to be resubmitted and a new permit number will be
assigned.
A copy of the building plans will remain on file for a period of 180 days from the date of
expiration, at which time the plans will be sent for records destruction. You may obtain a
copy of these building plans, for a fee, by contacting the Building Permit Technicians at
503.718.2439 prior to their destruction.

following corrections need to be submitted for review prior to issuing of the permit
1)Provide calculations and drawings showing seismic restraint for 10 ton RTU.
When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered
issue has been addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
