The new unit weighs approximately 864 lbs including original curb and adapter curb. The existing roof structure will be adequate to support the new HVAC unit. Some minor framing around the edges of the unit will need to be verified, see S-2. Also included in this package are calculations and details for attachment of the new HVAC unit to resist wind and seismic loads. Please contact me with any questions.
