Dan, As I mentioned to Debbie I filled out the form with estimate information and would like to update the evaluations to take into account the true extent of the alteration work and the more accurate numbers for ADA improvements. They should be as listed below: Remodel work= $187,799 Required 25%for ADA=$46,699 Total ADA work being done(Parking rework, Bathrooms)=$109,608 Estimate Please let me know what the best course of action would be to update this information. A significant portion of the total evaluation includes an addition to the building that will comply with ADA. As a result the total valuation number(for the purposes of ADA) should be significantly lower. 2. We did not have firm pricing on the project at the time of the permit and the valuations for the parking and toilet room work were smaller than what was stated. I'd like the valuations to be accurate in case anything arises during construction. Is this something we can update?
