With the change in the scope of work to add the rooftop garden and convert (1) of(8) residential units to commercial office space on the 2nd floor, this affected the permits as follows: Increased commercial business square footage by 1,025 from 2,865 to 3,890 sq. ft. Decreased residential multi-family square footage by 1,025 from 8,970 to 7,945 sq. ft. BUP2013-00225: Resulted in a refund of$1,858.91. ELC2014-00008: Resulted in an increase of$91.49 to be paid by the electrical contractor. PLM2013-00420: Resulted in an increase of$224.15 to be paid by the plumbing contractor. SWR2013-00204: Resulted in an increase of$624.00 for SDC to be paid by the general contractor, Centrex Construction. Please contact Centrex Construction to pay the $624.00 fees due. We cannot re-issue the plumbing permit until the sewer SDC is paid. Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions.
