The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: May 12, 2014
Motion to approve May 12, 2014, minutes.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Tree Removal Permit
Associate Planner Agnes Kowacz will present a Tree Removal Permit proposal.
7:45 p.m. 5. Park Updates
Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight.
7:55 p.m. 6. Non —Agenda Items
Call for non-agenda items.
8:00 p.m. 7. Fanno Creek House Tour
Public Works Manger Steve Martin will lead the PRAB on a tour of the Fanno
Creek House.
8:45 p.m. 8. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
