This memo is to inform you of our recommendations for supporting the proposed new awnings on the front and side of the existing commercial building. We were provided an awning framing plans and profile with bolts supporting the awnings through the existing building wall. We have reviewed the loading on the awnings being transferred to the existing building. We have determined that the required support on the interior wall is sufficient using the existing steel columns.The locations of the existing steel columns corresponds with the location of the awning bolted supports. This connection design is satisfactory with us.
