A DSC GSM communicator will be installed to monitor the Fire System The required manual pull station will be mounted at 48"to the center of the device. An outside 110vt bell will be installed by the electrician Primary power to the panel shall be 110 VAC utility power with a 12VDC 7aH battery back-up. All fire alarm circuits will be wired with 16 gauge Fire Alarm Cable with the exception of NAC circuits, which will be wired with (minimum) 14 gauge Fire Alarm Cable. Monitoring is through Alarm Central Station, A UL Listed Monitoring Company in Beaverton, OR. (503.641.6761) All installation will be done according to NFPA 70 & 72 standards.
