We've taken in one new application from Greco for review(MST2013-00260 that is on your desk) and we're going to take in a couple more, even though we don't technically have a recorded plat in-hand or the new parcel numbers. But Engineering knows that it has been recorded at the County ...just not released by their system yet. We will even issue these permits when they are otherwise ready(including payment of the Fee-in-Lieu discussed below) but we won't give them a building final or C of 0 without the new parcel numbers. Bottom line is, it wouldn't be fair to hold up Greco from review or construction just because the County is slow in issuing parcel numbers. Greco took care of the Sign Agreement discussed below this afternoon so all Planning Conditions have been met for review and issuance. One other Engineering Condition remains to be met before permit issuance: Payment of the Fee-in-Lieu for Undergrounding. They could pay this at the time of permit issuance but we expect they'll pay it quite soon. When they do I will confirm to everyone that Engineering and I are then OK with permit issuance. Engineering accepts that the plat has been recorded and that you and we are waiting for the County to assign new parcel numbers before they return a recorded copy. So we will accept submission of building permit applications. We won't be able to final any such houses or issue C of Os,though, until the County releases the parcel numbers and the recorded plat document. 2. As Cheryl mentioned, before these permits can be issued we need to receive a signed Sign Agreement, an unsigned copy of which she has sent you. 3. As Debbie mentioned, before these permits can be issued we need to receive payment of the Fee-in-Lieu for Undergrounding. That fee is$6,660.50 and can be paid at the Permit Center counter.
