Hi Cheryl,
The response I got back was that we will not be eliminating any parking. The enlarged OH door will open on the
concrete sidewalk the same way the smaller one currently does. Hope this helps. Also I would like to start fabricating
my steel strong backs. I wanted to make sure that the city will not require special inspections on the shop welds but will
probably want inspections on the epoxy anchors? That is typically what I see on these types of projects but I haven't
done one in Tigard yet so I thought I should ask.

Hi David,
I am the planner reviewing the proposed panel opening enlargement at 8330 SW Hunziker. You may not know the
answer to this, so you may want to pass this along to the business owner. Are the parking spaces adjacent to the
enlarged opening being removed? If so, a land use review will be required. I see that currently there is no parking in
front of the opening and need to know if that will be true of the larger opening? Please let me know so I can finish up
my review of permit. Building will continue the structural review during my review.
