Hi Bryan,
We will need three copies of a floor plan identifying the use of each area of the space. We will also need a completed
building permit application. If the electrician did the work under a minor label, we will check that during the building
final and look for the label in the electrical panel. If it wasn't done with a minor label, a City of Tigard electrical permit
NI application will need to be signed by the electrician and submitted. I think one of the requirements was to drop a
serinkler head into the office. A permit should have been obtained prior to that work being done. I'm not sure where
we are on that but a Fire Protection System permit (FPS) will be required for that. Once the permits are issued,
inspections can be requested through our automated inspection request system.

we need to do to get our 12700 SW Hall Blvd building to code. We have completed the list of tasks that were
needed to be done.
What else do we need to do to get all squared away with the city of Tigard?

Apparently Paul has created the suite address, but we need to have , neone pay t 0.10 -ddress fee to
complete the process. The property owner can pay the fee with a credit card form or • e can come in and pay
the fee over the counter. I have attached a copy of the form. Please do not email it back as our emails are
considered accessible public records. The form can be faxed to the fax number on the credit card form, 503-598-
1960. As soon as we pr.-- •- =. ment I can activate the addr- _ : •• we can finish processing the permit. The
building_permit fee will (,e $116.10. If ou are the one payin; - :••ress -e e can use the credit card form to pay -
both fees.
