We will also need a completed building permit application. If the electrician did the work under a minor label, we will check that during the building final and look for the label in the electrical panel. If it wasn't done with a minor label, a City of Tigard electrical permit NI application will need to be signed by the electrician and submitted. I think one of the requirements was to drop a serinkler head into the office. A permit should have been obtained prior to that work being done. I'm not sure where we are on that but a Fire Protection System permit (FPS) will be required for that. Once the permits are issued, inspections can be requested through our automated inspection request system.
