RE: PORTABLE CLASSROOM AT CF TIGARD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Dear Mr. Roberts:
Thank you for meeting with me at our Pre-Application Conference on 18 April 1996, regarding the
request to place a double unit portable classroom building at the existing Charles F. Tigard
Elementary School. At your request, this letter is serving as a formal request for minor modification of
the current Conditional Use.
The following information is for your consideration:
1. The Request:
To place a one (1) double classroom wood framed portable classroom at CF Tigard
Elementary School. Location proposed is at the end of Classroom Wing D .
The unit exterior is painted plywood siding, with aluminum anodized windows and black color
composition shingles.
The units will be served by electrical power only: No water or sewer required.
The classrooms are currently owned by the School District and sited at Durham Elementary
School. Permanent construction is replacing the portables allowing them to be used at
Charles F. Tigard School to reduce current classroom overcrowding.
2. Existing Use and Location:
Charles F. Tigard Elementary school

Tigard, Oregon 97223

Administrative Offices with available overflow parking.
