Dear Erick:
This letter is in response to your request for a Minor Modification to the existing site
improvements that were provided at the Westwood Green Apartments. The Director
finds that the proposed modification complies with the limitations set forth in Sections
18.120.070 and .080 of the Tigard Community Development Code and is therefore,
defined as a Minor Modification to the original land use approval.
The proposed street tree replacement plan has been approved as submitted. Due to
the more limited branch width at maturity, the proposed October Glory Red Maple
appears to be a better choice than the existing London Plane trees that were originally
provided for street trees.
