QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE is made this l day of LA , 2013, by and between WASHINGTON
COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon (Grantor), whose address is 169 N. First, Hillsboro, OR;
and the CITY OF TIGARD, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (Grantee), whose address is 13125 SW
Hall Boulevard, Tigard, Oregon 97223.
WHEREAS, ORS 271.330 authorizes County to relinquish title to property not needed for public use, to another
governmental body without consideration, provided the property shall be used for not less than 20 years for a
public purpose; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has found that the property hereinafter described qualifies for
relinquishment and has ordered it relinquished to Grantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, for the consideration stated, Grantor releases and quitclaims to Grantee, all right, title and
interest to the real property described on Exhibit A:
The true and actual consideration for this conveyance is $6,000, together with Grantee's agreement to use the
property for a public purpose for not less than 20 years.
