. A tract of land situate in the northwest one quarter of Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 1 West,
k' Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, located in Parcel 1 of that tract of land
conveyed to Tigard Water District et. al., by Bargain and Sale Deed, recorded May 19, 2008, in Fee No. 2008-
045199, Washington County Deed Records, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the northeast corner of said Parcel 1, being the intersection of the centerline of S.W.
Canterbury Lane with the intersection of S.W. 103rd Avenue;
thence, ' South 39 °18'29" West, a distance of 32.49 feet to the intersection of the south right -of -way line of
S.W. Canterbury Lane with the west right- of- way'line of S.W. 103rd Avenue, a point being'25 feet, when
