The code permits a second accessory structure as long as each structure does not exceed 528 square
feet. The proposed deck is 420 square feet and will be separated from the existing deck per the
applicant. Sensitive Lands Review is not necessary because ground disturbance is approximately 5
cubic yards and ground disturbances less than 10 cubic yards are permitted outright by
