As a representative of Sean Foushee, I wish to formally withdraw the application for the Mountain View 2 Subdivision. This
withdrawal includes a request for the refunding of the application fees that accompanied this application to the fullest extent
possible, realizing that the City has incurred some expense in the review of the application to this point.
