The rectangle shown on the vision clearance triangle was on the site plan that I received. It may have been the proposed location, but my understanding is that this sign will be installed a bit closer to the Summerfield drive elevation within the vision triangle as shown on page 2 of the monument sign drawing. Freestanding sign Is this the location of the freestanding sign the rectangle shown in the vision clearance triangle on the site plan? Will it be mounted on the rock wall installed in the landscaping? Sign over canopy & Kona Kids(North elevation) What are the wall dimensions for the north elevation? 1 Dr. Brandon (east elevation) wall width? Kid's Dentistry (south elevation) wall dimensions? As for the building permits, the Plans Examiner looked at each wall sign and determined that a building permit is necessary for each one. I suggest contacting Debbie Adamski for building permit submittal information at (503) 718- 2450. Sign permit numbers are SGN2013 -00017 through 00022 in case you need them.
