The applicants are asking that Suite 102 be ratified and approved as premises authorized to sell retail limited time on various amusement machines, pool tables, and foos ball tables for the reason that the City of Tigard has indicated that such request must be made, 2) This proposed use is in conformance with Tigard' s adopted comprehensive plan. 3) Electronic games, pool tables and foos ball tables have become in great demand in recent times by the public in general for all ages. 4) The nearest business of this type is the Malibu Grand Prix near Washington Square which is several miles away, There is no other business in the Tigard area that can provide this public demand that we are satisfying, 5) This particular type of business is not available presently in the Tigard area and it will definitely fill a need to the public in general, Environmental, economic and social conditions would be enhanced by having these services available and would be an asset to the community development of the Tigard area. 6) This is especially a suitable location because access faces S.
