City of Tigard
12420 S. W, Math Street
Tigard, Oregon
Attn: Mr. Steven Telfer
City Manager
Gentlemen:
It has come to our attention that 105th Street between McDonald Street
and the Tigard Convalescent Home has never been accepted by tilt, City
of Tigard for maintenance. This street was installed over two years
ago in accordance with city specifications. At the request of the city
we dedicated certain property adjacent to the Tigard Convalescent Horne
in order that a cul-de-sa.c could be installed, Since financial institu-
tions usually require ingress and egress to mortgaged property by means
of a public street maintained by a governmental bociy, we request that
appropriate action be taken by the City of Tigard to accept said street
for maintenance.
If you or the council desire additional information, please contact the
undersigned.
Very truly yours,
EDWARDS INDUSTRIES, INC,
Allen C, Edwards, Sr.
President
ACEsr/mvd
P, 5,
Incidentally, it appears
that the cul-de-sac is
mainly used as parking
places for trailers.
