A 57, 820 square foot "storage yard" is to be situated behind the warehouse to the south and screened by a six Toot high fenc r. adjacent the foundry 's north property line . 3, ihe storage area will be primarily visible from the Western Foundry site. 4. The occupancy here is to • be a wholesale building supply distribution warehouse and, within the ware- ° house building, offices for the operation. The warehouse and office building and proposed railspur are allowed outright by the M-3 zoning existing for this site. The outside storage of lumber and other bulky materials will be behind the warehouse building 330-ft. to the rear of the site from Hunziker Road. The storage area and truck maneuvering area will be screened by a 6-ft. fence. • Landscaped parking will be in front of the truck yard, no parking between build- ing and road. All traffic will enter and exit site at one central driveway which is well separated from adjacent driveways.
