An application fee for a conditional use permit
($100.00) was processed in error. The subject
0-3 property, which already supports apartment
units, is deficient in minimum acreage to allow
additional apartments. The City Attorney has
indicated that the application cannot be processed.
It is my recommendation that the $100.00 fee be
refunded to Jim Millar of Westwood Construction Co.
